After much analysis, we have found that most of the dash cam problems are caused by the memory card because the speed and number of erase and write of the memory card cannot meet the requirements. Therefore, the package comes with a free 128GB V30 speed memory card, 1500 times erase and write, this memory card has been tested many times, especially for the 4-channel dash cam. It is more durable than the high-end memory cards on the market, which can make the dash cam more stable, reliable, and work continuously for a long time. We therefore recommend that you use the memory card provided.

The dash cam works automatically. It starts recording when the engine is started and stops when the engine is stopped.

For better night vision, the inside camera uses a special lens that can detect ultraviolet rays in sunlight, so the video will be purple. You can test it in places where there is no sunlight.

Please format the card on the Dash Cam before using it. You can find the format option in the menu.

No built-in battery for better security. Please always connect the Dash Cam to the external power supply when in use.

This dash cam has an auto power off feature. If there is no external power connection, the dash cam will shut down after 5 seconds.

The package comes with the 3M adhesive mount kit and the suction cup mount, you can choose which mount to use.

The D90-4CH-RGW car dash camera won’t work with any mirror mount kit.

The package includes Windscreen Static Cling to keep the windscreen clean.

FHD 1080P Rear Camera

Built-in G-sensor

If the G-sensor detects a collision, the current video is locked to protect important footage. Locked video files cannot be deleted during loop recording and will remain on the memory card until the card is reformatted. We recommend using the Low setting for this function.

WDR – Wide Dynamic Range

Depending on the lighting, the image may look overexposed or underexposed, but don’t worry, PRUVEEO has helped you solve this problem with our WDR function. The dashboard camera combines two images into one, creating an authentic, robust image regardless of the lighting.

Do you provide tracking information?

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
You receive the wrong item
You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
